The thought of part time work would’ve made me angry yesterday but today I’m open to discussing it. As long as the employment situation is permanent I’m happy to try it, but I just hate the idea of being in a casual job and not having any security or long term vision. Establishing my own data entry position a couple of years ago gave me the opportunity to work from home and, as a result, outside influences are less likely to have a negative impact.

Everyone knows it’s a woman’s prerogative to change her mind. I’m not a woman but I reserve the right to back flip occasionally. I really feel sorry for anyone looking for an internet based job at the moment. Trying to find a part time data entry job must be like looking for a raisin in a bucketful of cricket heads. Sometimes when I’m entering data it feels like I’m trying to push a square peg through a round hole but sometimes it just flows like a river to the sea. Someone asked me recently if I’d prefer to work full time down in the mines or part time as a data entry operator. I smiled coyly and told them the latter appealed more.
