Downsizing Myself

By Leonard Skinthorpe Jr | August 29, 2008

I have to be careful of overachieving when it comes to my new business venture. If I do too much data entry from home and become too successful I will seriously have to consider downsizing myself. It’s hard when you’re as good as I am to know when to stop. When I’m typing away in my basement, in front of my computer, I get into the zone and nothing can stop me as I type like the wind. The only problem with downsizing is the fact that I’m my only employee, so if I fired myself there would be no one left to enter the data that so desperately needs to be entered.

I’d actually be mad to cut back on my operations at this stage given that I hardly make any money. Home based data entry operators don’t make the amazing salaries everyone thinks they do. Even someone with my incredible typing skills and management prowess can struggle to make ends meet in the world of online business. I am confident of rising to the top when the other data entry clerks drop in performance. I have no reason to feel that way but I do. Thank god it’s Friday, eh?
