Working Hard For Nothing

By Leonard Skinthorpe Jr | November 18, 2008

I’m sick of working hard for nothing. When you put in a lot of effort you’re entitled to feel as if you should be rewarded handsomely. I type my fingers to the bone every day, entering data like there’s no tomorrow, and for what? I just don’t know anymore! Maybe I’m not cut out to be a data entry operator after all. I hate to disappoint my fans but I’m seriously considering throwing it all away. Sure, I’ll have some good memories, like the time I stayed up all night writing articles for my websites, but I’ve had it up to here with data entry and it’s almost time for a change.

Having said all that, I don’t know what else I could possibly do with my time. I’d hate to have to start searching for a legitimate internet job again. That turned out to be an utter waste of time and energy. What do old data entry operators do once they’ve ceased entering data for a living? Do they keep typing in their spare time or do they refuse to type point blank? Oh, bugger it, I may as well keep doing it for a little while longer. As long as there’s data to enter I might as well enter it. I’ve got nothing better to do!
