I’ve been looking for the road to happiness all my life but it’s really hard to find without a map! One of the first steps to making sure you’re heading in the right direction is to sort out which way your career is heading. No one likes to admit it, but making money is a very important part of the whole process we call life. I feel confident that the path I’m on will eventually meet up with either the road to happiness or easy street some time not too far down the track. As a practicing data entry operator I know too well what it means to let your fingers do the walking (and talking!).
When I decided to stay home and type for a living everyone I knew thought I was a fool and felt compelled to tell me what they thought. Now that my little data entry venture is starting to take off, they’re all begging my forgiveness and cowering like naughty dogs whenever entering my line of sight. As far as being my own boss is concerned….I must admit….I can be very demanding and a little overbearing sometimes, but if that’s what it takes to finally leave these crossroads of mediocrity then so be it!
