I really don’t feel like posting to my blog today but I have chosen professional typing as a job so I will do it. I watched the mighty New Zealand Warriors beat Melbourne Storm yesterday and now I am recovering from the celebrations. The key to success in my line of work is having self-discipline. It’s vital to have a plan and to stick to that plan no matter how much you don’t feel like it. I’d like to be laying down in front of the television right now but I’m here being the best little data entry operator I can be.
Even though it’s taking me twice as long as it normally would to write this article, I know that I will be glad I did it later. I can’t expect to remain Australia’s most gorgeous data entry clerk if I don’t sit down and type for at least an hour every day. I most stay focussed, much like the Warriors yesterday who didn’t give up and won in the last minute of the game. I will stick to my goal of entering enough data to complete at least one blog post a day, or my name isn’t Leonard Skinthorpe Jr.
